• Complete the HPI, medical history, social history, surgical history, and other applicable history for your case presentation (here’s a link again to the powerpoint template). 

• Attempt to complete the physical exam portion of your Grand Rounds presentation to have a starting point next class (we’ll talk more about it then). Here’s the video of the physical exam from Dr. Smith’s presentation on acute mesenteric ischemia.

• Optional: If you want to see another example of the patient presentation portion of a Grand Rounds: Watch the case presentation in this video (watch to 5:39). Try to note how she expresses symptoms.
